Account Manager

We have an exciting new career opportunity within our company for a Account Manager role based out of our offices in Lake Barrington, IL.

This role is to become a part of our Production (Installation & Warranty) Department to assist in ensuring our customers receive the best experience in their remodeling project.

America's Bath specializes in the wet area of the bathroom with tub/shower replacements installed in a day or two. Quality and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We would like to hire someone that takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and wants to be a part of a growing company.

Job Responsibilities Within the Production Department Include:
Coordinating with Customers about their projects
Communicating with Customers before during and after installs
Creating warranty requests
Preparing weekly paperwork for install teams
Analyzing reporting to track performance
Dealing with customer issues
Unboxing light deliveries as needed
Inventory Management
Management of our vehicle fleet
Running items to job sites on rare occasions
Working from our Milwaukee office on rare occasions
Working after hours on rare occasions
Learning to order material
Be able to bend, stretch, lift up to 30 / 35 lbs.

The Skill Set You Should Have Is The Following:
Customer Service Skills - dealing with customer problems over the phone
Problem resolution skills - be able to calmly and professionally make decisions on the fly
Computer & technology skills - word, excel, our Salesforce CRM and more
People skills - experience with overseeing team members and collaborating with team members along with communicating with customers
Writing skills
Very detail orientated
Proactive - deal with issues and get things done vs. letting things be
Knowledge of any home improvement projects in your personal life is a plus
A "do what it takes" attitude to ensure the job gets done and the customer is happy
The ability to take ownership in mistakes you make
