Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting closing and funding dept to run efficiently
Scanning paper documents into digital copies
Complete customer first payment calls
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain contact lists
Pipeline Management – Analyze expiring loans regularly and process as Adverse files
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to set goals and divide processes into timeliness
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
The accurate and timely processing of incoming mail and overnight packages
Some basic computer knowledge to save documents into the origination system and on a shared drive on the computer
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
High school diploma or GED required

Monday – Friday 8:30pm – 5:00pm
