Growth minded and professional factory automation leader located in Itasca is seeking several top notch employees to join the Client Services Team! Must have an Associate's Degree and willingness to learn. Excellent customer service and able to work onsite in office. Excellent benefits and pay $48K with large yearly bonus.
Must Have:
- Associate’s Degree
- Prior office experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support
- Proven team player who helps create results as well as a positive team environment
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to type at 50 WPM
- Able to work in office
- Order & Quote Entry
- Order Status & Customer Communication
- Assisting with Returns
- Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions or escalate as needed
- Routing Calls
