Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Mosquito Authority, you will interface with customers and prospective customers via inbound/outbound calls to resolve existing customer service issues and schedule first treatment services for new customers. Responsibilities include knowledgeably explaining our service and its benefits to prospective customers using a sales script; processing sales maintaining customer database through timely and accurate data entry; resolving customer service issues to retain customers at every opportunity; handling miscellaneous general administrative, office tasks and managing social media content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Responsible for achieving an acceptable conversion rate of inbound prospective customer calls to customers.
- Communicate effectively with services technicians, managers, and customers to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
- Maintain knowledge of our services, pricing, promotions, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, training, and meetings.
- Potentially participate in outside sales activities such as trade shows, festivals, networking events, parties, and Mosquito Authority sponsored events.
- The ability to learn how to navigate and utilize our proprietary software via online training classes.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn social media (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Handle customer inquiries or customer issues that may require deviation from a script.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with current and prospective customers.
- Consistently notate and update all prospective customer calls and customer files in database with attention to detail.
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Provide answers and/or advice to customers based on their situation and customer profile.
- Troubleshoot, research and analyze customer problems with service, billing, and appointment scheduling.
- Strong interpersonal skills to speak and connect with prospects, customers, and co-workers.
- A team player with a proven ability to consistently bring a positive attitude to the office each day.
Requirements:
- High School graduate / GED
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Proficiency with the all Microsoft Office platforms
- Paid training (Estimated 3 days in North Carolina)

- If/when you go to full time hours, The Mosquito Authority will offer an optional healthshare program. The Mosquito Authority will participate in covering some of that cost on a monthly basis.
