We are looking for energetic Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to generate and nurture sales leads for the North America region, based in North America. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will develop new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling.
As an Account Development Representative, you will have an amazing opportunity to be part of the ‘growth team’ for generating business for the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, screening and qualifying potential businesses through cold calling, emailing & approaching clients on LinkedIn
- Identifying and overcoming objections, whilst addressing business pain points through high activity
- Effective use of our CRM to manage leads and data
- Ability to think outside the box to generate your own leads
- Speaking directly with end customers/prospects and articulating the benefits of IFS business software solutions
- Following opportunities through the sales cycle with Account Executives to help progression to close
- Working with existing customers to sell IFS add-on products and services

You Will have:
- A minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role in a B2B tech company
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- A resilient and driven nature
- Hungry to go above and beyond to over perform
- You are highly communicative and love to talk to prospects on the phone, via E-Mail or Social Media
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
