Sales Coordinator

This position is responsible for managing departmental sales and customer service activities to achieve the company’s sales objectives by performing the following duties or accomplishing them though subordinate managers. 

SALES MANAGEMENT

•    Make quote to customer, overseas agents.

•    Communicate with customer to keep update shipment status.

•    Communicate with overseas agent to arrange export/import shipment for customers.

•    Coordinate with export/import/warehouse operation to meet customer’s requirements. 

•    Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

•    Coordinates the compiling of lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade show, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

•    Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

•    Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

•    Determines customer viability and potential for new business.

•    Coordinates collection activities regarding delinquent accounts.

•    Handles cargo shipment arrangement for key customers.

•    Generate billing invoice for specific account or shipment.

•    Directs and/or handles investigation and resolution of customer problems

OTHER & MISCELLANEOUS

•    Any project that is assigned by the Company.

•    Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.

•    Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by senior management. 

•    Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.

•    Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.

•    Maintains good communication with supervisors, other staff members and outside contacts.

•    Complies with all company policies and procedures. 

•    Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
