We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with warm/hot, pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Compensation:$70,000 - $90,000 annually
Responsibilities:- Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals
- Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
- Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
- Quickly make a personal connection with people in a casual, natural manner
- Use consultative sales methodology to help people understand the best option for them
- Consistently follow up with people that didn't hire us (many clients sign on the follow-up calls)
- Clearly promote the value we offer versus the consequences of not hiring us
- Be a team player that consistently acts with respect, integrity, and honesty
- Use a CRM system to track leads and clients
- Follow up on failed payments
- Be friendly but firm with potential clients and be able to control and guide the conversation
- High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
- Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
- 3+ years of phone sales experience converting qualified leads in a sales representative position
