Looking for our last Export Customer Representative to join the Customer Support team!

Have Customer Service experience and want to learn something new?

No Experience in Supply Chain? Don't worry we will teach you!

What our Export Customer Service Team does:

Respond to customer inquiries for export cargo both via email and telephone
Create, amend or transfer export bookings utilizing appropriate Systems and Guidelines
Communicate cross functionally to manage customer expectation, equipment and space availability and escalate to direct management as required
Promote utilization of OOCL online tools

Candidate preferred (NOT required) skills:

Customer Service Experience
Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
