Collin Lenz is graduating from the protege program and is opening up his own office soon! He is seeking driven individuals with a winning spirit, to join a Farmers Insurance Agency as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. This position includes a stable base salary + lucrative commission, internet leads, career development through our award-winning University of Farmers!

$15 hourly

• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current

• Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus or be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license. (We can help you obtain this!)
• Life & Health insurance license is a plus or be willing to obtain your Life & Health license. (We can help you obtain this!)
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
• Confident, self-starter with a sense of urgency who works well independently.
• Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
