Customer service - Mid Shift - Multiple Schedules Available M-F with Rotating Weekends

Full time customer service role. Do you love helping customers? Is high attention to detail your specialty? If yes, then our Customer Service position may be the right career path for you. Come join our growing customer service team and help our customer service team provide exceptional service and solutions to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work independently. Training & Position in the office in Plainfield, IL.

Shift H: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Shift E: 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Shift R: 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Shift O: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Customer Service Representative will:

• Ensure phones are answered quickly and customers questions are answered
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information
• Run customer payments in multiple systems
• Ensure that installations are scheduled and completed
• Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues
• Resolve escalated customer issues
• Work closely with the sales team and permit team

Successful Customer Service Representative will have:

• Problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Great communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Empathy
• Ability to work as a team
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Type 35+ WPM
