Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders by phone and fax
- Resolve shipping inquiries
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Process customer returns
- Document all customer interactions
- General administrative follow up
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in a customer service call center
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience preferred
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and solve practical problems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to type at a moderate pace (30+ words per minute)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Target pay range: $17.00 - $20.00/hour
