CWF Restoration is a rapidly growing, family-owned, 24/7 water and fire restoration company based in Chicagoland. As our company expands, we are seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team for our PM shift, working from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Answering to the Operations Manager, the Customer Care Manager serves as leadership to the dispatch and field response teams and oversees the delegation and scheduling of field employee assignments. We are seeking a highly personable and organized individual with 3-5 years of experience in customer service management. Our ideal candidate has worked in high-volume logistics, food service, or in other, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and manage the team responsible for dispatching technicians to emergencies relating to property damage caused by fire or water
• Supervise and manage mitigation teams responsible for providing relief to our clients, ensuring their compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Facilitate thorough and efficient lines of communication between our clients, our field employees, and our customer service team

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in hospitality or customer service
• Must be available to work overtime hours as needed 
• Previous experience interviewing applicants and participating in the new hire selection process
• Keen ability to conduct supervisory tasks, including disciplinary measures and handling client escalations
• Ability to be nimble in reorganizing plans mid-execution in order to cater to high-priority jobs
