Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the Director in all stages of the sales process.
  • Responsible for business process improvement.
  • Develops and implements quality assurance processes and procedures including test/use cases.
  • Understands all sales tools such as Sales Force.com, Oracle, Marketo, and any new software applications.
  • Maintains knowledge of databases and database queries, with the ability to run reports on any platform.
  • Standardizes processes, implements procedures and documents business processes.
  • Manages systems testing and supports user acceptance testing.
  • Standardizes reporting by streamlining process.
  • Communicates and informs Director of any changes, updates, and concerns regarding the overall team vision.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in the marketing field, business field or other large firm with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with software/printing/equipment/electronics sales preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to handle questions and objections.
  • Eagerness to network, social selling through organizations.
  • Professional, outgoing, persistent personality traits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate in depth knowledge and understanding of the targeted audience.
  • Strong engagement with the decision makers.
  • Ability to work closely with outside reps.
  • Self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner required in dealing with employees and clients.
  • Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask required.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
