We are looking for a temporary office assistant to help with the Accounting and Production Department at Jacob Family Enterprises. This position is part-time to full-time during standard office hours. Hours can be flexible to accommodate schooling.
Accounting Functions
- AP invoice tracking
- Sort past Credit Card payment receipts
- Review vendor list and ensure they are categorized correctly
- Collection calls to customers and receive payment
- Making folders
- General accounting assistance
Data & Records Functions
- Box up last year’s files for long-term storage
- Scanning past job folders
- Box up previous years’ files
- Shred dated and digitalized files
Other duties as assigned
