Great Lakes Service, a division of Restaurant Equipment Service Group LLC is seeking a strong Customer Service Dispatcher. Candidate must have strong computer skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and follow-up skills are required. The successful candidate's primary role will be to provide customers with the highest level of professionalism while dispatching service technicians in the most timely and efficient manner. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Brief Description

Great Lakes Service is seeking a strong Customer Service Dispatcher. Previous dispatching experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must have strong computer skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and follow-up skills are a must.  The primary role is to delight customers with the highest level of professionalism while dispatching service technicians in the most timely and efficient manner.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous dispatch experience is strongly preferred
