Job Description
Sr. Admin Assistant
Our Financial Services client is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer service oriented Sr. Admin to support their team of Financial Advisors.

Location: Downtown, (Chicago) IL
Pay: $62-65,000 (Perm Role)
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Industry: Financial Services
This role will require a candidate to be in the office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rebalance accounts; process and confirm trades
• Establish new accounts and initiate transfers
• Submit and confirm service and maintenance requests
• Process and confirm cashiering items and money movements
• Execute distributions and unique processes
• Prepare complex client and prospect meeting materials
• Manage process of, and coordinate information for, accurate completion of company-wide projects
Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work required
• Must be detail oriented and have demonstrated ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Education or experience in business, economics, or finance and/or experience working with the public preferred
• Two or more years’ experience in an administrative capacity preferred
• Experience servicing customers preferred
• Experience working on the phone a plus
• Experience in clubs, activities, sports, volunteer service, etc. helpful, especially leadership experience
