Customer Service Representative: Dixon, IL

We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Dixon, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer questions and concerns by telephone, email and in person, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and entering orders. Pay for this position is $15-18/hour and is paid weekly.

1-year customer service experience preferred
