Lextegrity offers the leading enterprise software platform for global organizations for preventing and detecting fraud, corruption, sanctions violations and conflicts of interest. Lextegrity’s software combines workflow automation across multiple risk areas (from third party due diligence to gifts and hospitality, donations and sponsorships and conflicts of interest) with continuous spend monitoring of data from systems like SAP, Oracle and Concur, with deep enterprise system integrations throughout. It is no coincidence that nearly 50% of Lextegrity’s customer base today has chosen it to enhance their compliance programs after a publicly-disclosed FCPA matter.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Enterprise Relationship Executive to drive sales of our innovative SaaS software solution to in-house compliance, audit and investigations teams. The ideal individual has established sales experience, either with an accounting or law firm or existing GRC software vendor, with domain experience in the life sciences compliance space a plus. The role will work closely with our CEO and serve as a key contributor in the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage direct sales relationships with decision makers at multinational corporations
- Develop strong expertise in our products and space
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and position/demonstrate the value of Lextegrity’s software
- Successfully present and demonstrate our products and solutions to C-level executives and stakeholders
- Manage complex sales-cycles, including RFPs, and communicate effectively at all levels with the organization
- Identify, generate and qualify sales opportunities and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline
- Drive revenue growth. Exceed monthly and quarterly enterprise sales targets
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on developing Lextegrity’s sales presence
- Work with other key members of the Lextegrity management team in continuing to develop and position Lextegrity’s products for success
- Travel restrictions permitting, attend conferences and other live events to promote Lextegrity and our software
Qualifications:
- Established sales experience; experience in enterprise SaaS software a plus
- Domain experience in the compliance space and how organizations manage compliance risks; experience in life sciences compliance a plus
- Strategic thinker with a sales mentality and a passion for Lextegrity’s mission to use technology to empower ethical action
- Strong leadership and customer relationship skills
- Willing to travel as needed (travel restrictions permitting)
- Fluency in non-English languages (i.e., Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Portuguese) a plus
