The Role

Sales Support Specialist, Natural West


In this role, you will be supporting our outstanding Account Managers on the West Natural Team. You will be providing administrative support, promotional/portal entry support, and ordering support for this team. In this role you will be an instrumental part of getting healthy great tasting innovation into natural grocery stores all over the western United States. Fully Remote (PST, MST,CST Only)


What You’ll Do

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Sales Team including updating company tools and resources; manage client sales trackers and audits. Compiles misc. information as needed.
  • Receives and compiles weekly sales recaps.
  • Perform various administrative duties for sales team members (contracts and promotional support)
  • Works closely and effectively with the Pillar and Team to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Manages a variety of special projects on an as needed basis for the Natural West Sales Team.


Experience and Skills You Will Need

  • Experience supporting a team.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, customers, & colleagues.
  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)


Travel Requirements

Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e., industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, & or any other events that would be warranted

  • Experience submitting promotional contracts at West Coast Natural Retailers.
  • Experience with various independent Natural Retailers Portal systems.
