Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.

Position Highlights

The senior operations specialist will be responsible for the execution and development of the strategic Global Action Team (GAT) initiatives that are aligned with GAT objectives. The senior operations specialist will also be assigned to manage high-priority, high-visibility projects for specific units throughout the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Provides advanced operational direction, project management, and support to assigned divisions, projects, and high-profile initiatives that require GAT staff or leader involvement through the GAT project process.
• Holds consistent stakeholder status meetings, updates stakeholders as needed, and details action items.
• Capable of leading cross-functional collaborative initiatives. Proficient in identifying and involving key stakeholders in discussions and identifying potential implications/risks. Takes initiative to address and/or strategize directly with staff to identify possible solutions.
• Develops timelines and executes operational tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative, and development skills to create resources to support projects.
• Reviews quantitative and qualitative data and makes recommendations for future improvements to stakeholders.
• Develops strong relationships with division stakeholders and proactively engages with them to identify projects, solutions, and strategies.
• Ensures appropriate updates are made to the staff operations manual, field and leader guides.
• Contributes to the development of meeting agendas and presents appropriate information.
• Contributes to the development of the GAT annual plan by providing operational processes that support assigned GAT and divisional projects.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years or more of high visibility project management experience. International project management experience preferred.
• Experience using collaboration or project management tools such as Wrike or Slack or similar project management tools.
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders throughout the business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to operate with little oversight
• PMP certification preferred.
