Job Overview: As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will be assisting the Warehouse Manager by taking ownership of departmental processes. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient with general business software.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the successful and timely flow of production work. Assist with and oversee all work that is set-up during the day
Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all work materials and finished products
Establish and maintain spreadsheets, reconcile receipts and enter documents in company software
Work with warehouse staff on an individual and group basis to maintain workflow of warehouse
Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by Supervisor

Requirements:

Must function well with minimum supervision. Must be a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Must be a detail-oriented
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills in English required to interpret and relay job specifications, prepare reports etc., as well as for regular formal and informal communication with staff, consumers/workers and outside business
Must be able to lift 50lbs. and have valid driver's license

Hours: M-F 7:30-4:30
