Administrative Support Representative

Lanter Delivery Systems is seeking an Administrative Support Representative. This position will work closely with Management and Drivers to provide dispatching and administrative support.
Job Responsibilities of the Admin Support Rep:
- Works with Supervisor on all issues to ensure all are documented, resolved, and all action plans and resolutions are communicated
- Monitor and provide communication to Driver’s on routes and ensure freight is being delivered on-time and error-free
- Run necessary reports and daily metric tracking
- Distribute outbound/inbound and documents corresponding number and details
- Provides administrative support wherever needed throughout dock operations
- Receives, sorts, and provides paperwork to drivers
- Provides customer service to carrier partners, customers, and drivers at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements of the Admin Support Rep:
- Multiple years of proven success as an administrative or customer service specialist
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate with customers and transportation companies with great professionalism
- Dispatching experience or logistics/transportation experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
