Job Description

The Regional Account Manager (Storage Services) is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of regional mid-size accounts and is focused on increasing net revenue growth within a defined portfolio of key accounts, this includes developing and maintaining relationships, performing scheduled business reviews, protecting against termination or loss of revenue, renewing contracts and to grow the portfolio through upsell and cross sales. The Regional Account Manager will partner with Operations, Client Experience, Sales, and Conversion Services to deliver full-service solutions to clients.

 

Regional Account Manager's (Storage Services) responsibilities:

 

• Profitably growing revenue in assigned account portfolio by maintaining high sales activity levels Identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities.

• Identify, scope, and sell projects to portfolio

• Responsible for retention and growth/penetration activities of existing customers and overall client satisfaction including:

• Monitor physicals growth for assigned accounts

• Maintain account plans with strategy for each assigned account

• Lead contract renewal efforts – proactively renew and extend contract terms

• Lead pricing strategy for each account in portfolio

• Complete special projects as required to meet objectives

• Must be a team player working closely with Sales, operations, other regions, and corporate support departments.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

• Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross sell within assigned territory.

• A track record of building client relationships in a client service or sales/service organization.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to be successful in an environment of continuous improvements and stretch targets.

• High energy and resilience

 

Experience:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 3-5 years of sales or account management experience with revenue growth responsibility.

 

Skills and Knowledge:

 

• SPIN Selling, consultative selling experience

• Strong PC Skills

• Organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Salesforce / Technical knowledge desirable

Compensation $80k-$160K
