Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking to find a Service Coordinator to join our growing team! The top candidate would be someone who is energetic, dependable, and a team player with a can-do attitude.

Pay Rate

May range from $16- $18 an hour

Times

Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

Assist with Warranty Claims
Answer phones
Schedule Service Appointments
Cashier duties as needed
Manage rental fleet and loaner car fleet
Scan documents for archives
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic math/accounting experience
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Able to multi-task
Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
Great communication skills
Dealership experience is a plus
