Service BDC Representative / Centralized Scheduling

We are looking to fill an immediate position in our Naperville office. Our experts handle a high volume of Inbound / Outbound calls to assist with scheduling appointments for 10 of our service departments.    

This is a full-time position; 40 hours a week, 5 days a week.  Our offices are open Monday – Friday 7:00am – 6:30pm and Saturday 7:00am -3:00pm. 

We offer a base salary + weekly cash performance contests + monthly bonus based on performance.

Requirements of the Centralized Scheduling Department:

• Customer service experience prefered 
• Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Past experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls preferred but not required
• A highly professional approach and appearance
• MUST speak clearly and have a pleasant phone manner
• Organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
