Sunday thru Thursday 10PM - 6:30AM

$26 per hour!

Responsibilities / Tasks

Responsible for maximizing the management of outbound load assignments.
Working with carriers to secure capacity
Working with shipping to understand shipping needs
Create and modify data on each carrier profile
Ensure shipping documents are accurate
Ensure operational documents are properly completed
Preparation of bills of lading
Increased communication with team leaders and customer service
Provide documents to customers as needed
Registration of drivers according to the rules established by the company
Carry out the required reports
Other tasks as assigned by management.

Required skills:

Must have 1 - 2 years of transportation/logistics work experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing work priorities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment
Attentive to details and able to meet deadlines.
