Intern - Sales Insite

Title: Sales Support Intern – Smart Helmet Technologies

Location: Des Plaines, Illinois

Job Description: Intern will assist in a variety of matters for the Smart Helmet Team. Summer is always the busiest time of year for our team, so we are looking for an intern to alleviate the workload to allow for a more focused and streamlined setup season. The intern will work with both current InSite customers and our sales team to assist with the InSite helmet setup process and provide a further understanding of the InSite Training Tool website and our InSite Analytics platforms. The Sales Support Intern will also help with supplemental support of the InSite Hotline, which aids our Sales Force & InSite customers. Lastly, with the release of our new Axiom helmet, the Sales Support Intern will help with our Scanning Help phone line to answer any scanning support questions and/or troubleshooting issues for both our sales force and customers.

Job Duties: 

• Assist the Smart Helmet Team with both remote and in-person InSite Helmet setups
• Maintain support on the InSite Hotline
• Provide support to Riddell sales representatives and customers utilizing Riddell Smart Helmet Technologies and subscription services
• Train both new and current customers on the features and capabilities of the InSite Training Tool
• Provide support to our sales representatives with Axiom helmet scans
• Aid the Smart Helmet Team in maintaining an organized and up to date CRM

Required:

• Currently working towards a bachelor’s degree
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve conflicts quickly
• Passion for sports, primarily football
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
