Hospitality focused staffing agency entering 2nd decade is seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator/Account Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating multiple customers' weekly schedule requests and assisting in the recruitment of skilled hospitality candidates to work in hotels throughout the Chicago area.

Primary responsibilities include managing multiple customers' scheduling requests by confirming employees to cover schedules, job orders and open orders. You will assist in recruiting Housekeeping, Kitchen and Banquet candidates. Some general office duties are also required. The successful candidate for this position juggles details well, establishes rapport quickly and easily, and catches on quickly with new directives.

The hospitality industry runs 24/7, so we are on call 7 days a week. Please keep this in mind, as arranging workers for last minute hotel requests requires an "on call" flexibility.

This position works closely and must communicate well (& constantly) with our Director of Staffing in all aspects: placing new hires at job sites, covering scheduled job order and open order requests, recruiting candidates for hotel positions (Housekeeping, Kitchen and Banquets) through various databases and at job fairs.

Required Skills:

Bi-Lingual fluency (English & Spanish).

Computer proficiency: e-mail, Microsoft (Word & Excel).

1 - 2 years staffing experience.
