We are seeking an energetic associate that has a passion for solving tough problems by delivering winning strategies and solutions. In this role, youll get the unique opportunity to run and manage critical cross-functional projects. This is a rare chance to play a key role in building a new business function and having a direct impact on driving efficiency and outcomes both within LogicGate and with our customers.

How youll spend your time:

  • Serve as primary project manager for cross-functional initiatives to drive process improvements and efficiency

  • Partner with the Product Operations team to gather meaningful insight and spur action from key customer data

  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align Customer Success & Services to enterprise processes

  • Understand how our ecosystem of software tools impacts each Customer Success & Services function and manage programs to ensure the adoption & data hygiene of these applications

  • Organize and own projects to bring leaderships vision of the ideal LogicGate Customer Journey to fruition and create more value for our customers

  • Support services teams in creating and enacting playbooks to enhance the customer experience throughout their partnership with LogicGate

  • Collaborate with Pricing & Packaging team to help inform go-to-market decisions with supporting data analysis and internal interviews

  • Serve as tactical owner for customer churn analysis by compiling findings & trends from churn interviews & account owner questionnaires and hosting internal churn retro meetings

  • Assist team leaders in tracking team OKRs, goals, and milestones against team goals and align with overall Corporate Strategy goals

  • Assist CSS leadership with capacity planning and facilitating team member assignments to implementation and professional services projects as well as associated headcount planning

  • Monitor customer health scores and drive processes to raise and maintain positive scores

  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to keep Customer Success & Services-related customer facing content up-to-date

We get excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting or operations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and understand the importance of developing team relationships

  • Comfortable and excited to work closely with cross-functional teams and company leadership with a customer-centric mindset

  • Passion for finding new ways to drive efficient practices and create new ways to automate and improve processes

  • Ability to stay on top of things and manage multiple projects at a time, with the skills to prioritize based on current needs

  • Understand how to think in big-picture terms and see how decisions will affect the entire team

  • Have a knack for defining key data elements and interpreting data trends to inform decision making
