Job Description

Summary:

Our award-winning client is looking for an entry-level Office Admin / Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing administration, employee experience duties, and HR coordination (office maintenance, supplies, equipment, parking, meeting rooms, food, deliveries, guest welcoming…etc.)

  • Supporting the employee onboarding processes

  • Assisting the HR Team with special projects and events from time to time.

  • Support finance department with ongoing tasks

  • Full responsibility for front desk activity- greet, assist, and direct candidates, visitors, suppliers, and employee

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Office manager, Front office manager, or Administrative assistant in some capacity

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
