Office Admin / Manager (Entry Level)

Summary:
Our award-winning client is looking for an entry-level Office Admin / Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and managing administration, employee experience duties, and HR coordination (office maintenance, supplies, equipment, parking, meeting rooms, food, deliveries, guest welcoming…etc.)
Supporting the employee onboarding processes
Assisting the HR Team with special projects and events from time to time.
Support finance department with ongoing tasks
Full responsibility for front desk activity- greet, assist, and direct candidates, visitors, suppliers, and employee
Required Qualifications:
Experience as an Office manager, Front office manager, or Administrative assistant in some capacity
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
