Bluestar Corporate Relocation Services is growing due to the increased volume of business and is seeking to add outstanding individuals for our Customer Service role. Experience in customer service is required to be successful in this role. This is a very fast-paced environment with a lot of multi-tasking and close attention to detail necessary to maintain accuracy. Responsibilities include:

• You will be the main contact for the customer and are responsible for fostering a positive relationship
• Handle customer's orders, correspondence, complaints, updates, and inquiries, especially on major accounts
• Review transactions and communicate with the customer on all developments during the move
• Produce great results measured by customer satisfaction, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Participate in pro-active client outreach efforts to resolve issues before they become complaints
• Provide follow up/feedback to internal associates on issue resolution as needed while keeping upper management informed
• Complete and evaluate post-move follow-up customer satisfaction surveys
• Order Entry and data integrity
• Support functions as needed for senior management

Requirements:

• • Customer Service experience
  • Must be able to have a work Monday- Friday from 9 am-6 pm
  • Must be willing to work a rotating schedule after normal business hours if needed
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
