• Services designated book of health & welfare business as relating to client service, marketing, vendor management, claims, and administration

• Effectively supports Account Executives in managing client service/project plan timelines and deliverables

• Responds to client inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions

• Preparation and analysis of RFPs, compliance maintenance, routine claim summary/aggregate reports, stewardship reports, and open enrollment communications and meeting support

• Reviews SPDs, certificates, policies, and contracts for accuracy

• Acts as a liaison between clients and insurers to resolve escalated complex service issues

• Provides professional and courteous service to clients, insurance company representatives, business partners, and Symphony colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations

• Bachelor’s Degree  in Business Administration or

related field and/or years of experience equivalent

• Previous health & welfare benefits insurer or brokerage/consulting experience required

• Current Life & Health Producer License

• Strong  knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems

•  Strong  verbal and interpersonal communication skills required

• Understands industry trends and governmental regulations

• Ability to complete continuing education requirements

as needed

• Ability to attend both internal and external company and client meetings as required, including industry training sessions
