Inside Sales Account Manager


Our client is a medical equipment manufacturer seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager with 2-5 years of related experience. An ideal candidate appreciates a customer-focussed, consultative approach to sales. If you are process-oriented and consider yourself an emphatic and good listener, this could be an awesome next step in your career.

About the job:

  • Generate opportunities through outbound sales
  • Consult customers and sales partners through their projects
  • Build & nurture long-term, positive customer relationships
  • Identifying sales leads through outbound activities (cold calling, e-mailing,
  • marketing promotions, and account management)
  • Conducting virtual webinar consultations that analyze a customers unique needs and goals
  • Makes recommendations and sell customized solutions
  • Qualifying leads through marketing efforts
  • Regular outreach into territory and accounts
  • Performs on-site visits to customer accounts for in-servicing, consultations, etc.
  • Develops & maintains an expertise in the instrument reprocessing profession & space


About the ideal candidate:

  • Understands a consulting versus selling approach to sales
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys collaboration
  • Highly goal oriented, and focused on achieving and exceeding results
  • High degree of customer service and phone skills
  • Problem solver, self-motivator, and self-manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • 2-5 years experience in inside sales role preferred
  • Salesforce Lightning experience a plus
