We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Barrington office as an Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time position with hours: Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm.
*This position requires in-office work (not a remote position).

Job Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Social media savvy (FB, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to perform accurate data entry
- Team player but can work independently
- Proactive
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher
- Professional business appearance is necessary.
- Ability to handle telephone consoles with accuracy and professionalism.
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
