About the job:
- Generate opportunities through outbound sales
- Consult customers and sales partners through their projects
- Build & nurture long-term, positive customer relationships
- Identifying sales leads through outbound activities (cold calling, e-mailing,
- marketing promotions, and account management)
- Conducting virtual webinar consultations that analyze a customers unique needs and goals
- Makes recommendations and sell customized solutions
- Qualifying leads through marketing efforts
- Regular outreach into territory and accounts
- Performs on-site visits to customer accounts for in-servicing, consultations, etc.
- Develops & maintains an expertise in the instrument reprocessing profession & space
About the ideal candidate:
- Understands a consulting versus selling approach to sales
- Out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys collaboration
- Highly goal oriented, and focused on achieving and exceeding results
- High degree of customer service and phone skills
- Problem solver, self-motivator, and self-manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- 2-5 years experience in inside sales role preferred
- Salesforce Lightning experience a plus
