The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to support our Addison, IL office as a Sample Department Coordinator.  This position is perfect for those who enjoy organization and efficiency improvements, as well as those who thrive on managing multiple tasks while providing world-class customer service.

Duties                  

  • Processing and fulfillment of sample requests
  • Manage internal aspects of customer accounts and coordinate with customers, sales, and procurement
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. This includes taking orders, order entry, resolving customer issues, quote prices, etc.  
  • Oversee follow up of sample orders and requests
  • Problem-solve to find creative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Use innovation and creativity in developing new processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Inbound call experience, strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • A strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
  • This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and desire to solve problems
  • Excellent customer service skills
