Join our team on-site at John Deere in Milan, IL! Must have prior customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment working with parts, strong computer skills, and a solid work history to be considered. SAP experience is a plus.
Hours: M-F, Regular business hours--8:00 AM-4:30 PM ----ONSITE FROM DAY ONE!!!
Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.60

DESCRIPTION:
Parts Supports Services Representative who primarily supports the North American dealer network for their parts-related order inquiries. Provides support by phone, email and written communication through CCMS. Typically an initial point of contact within the call center providing responses and/or solutions to dealer inquiries, problems and concerns. Also included in responsibilities is the communication with internal and external resources, suppliers, factories, and carriers obtain order status information. Lastly, provides cross-functional support to warehouse operations teams related to responsibility areas
MUST HAVES:
- Candidate must be reliable - excellent attendance is a must
- General software knowledge - Microsoft Suite programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Some call center experience is highly desired
