Responsible to: Owner/Operator of Agency
Primary Responsibilities
- Incoming calls, qualify referrals, document, and schedule intakes for new opportunities
- Work with sales, RN’s, Care Team, case managers, and social workers on client care needs
- Develop care team, coordinate schedules, maintain compliance and continuity of care
- Complete quality compliance checks and audits internally and through client visits
- Source, interview, hire, conduct orientations, coordinate training & placement of caregivers
- Introduce and orient caregivers on new cases in the field as required
- Ensure sufficient staffing to meet requirement and cover shifts as last resort
- Administrative support, filing, verify activity, data entry, process payroll & billing
- Prepares employee packet/folders
- Filing of new hire paperwork
- Maintain up to date regulatory forms i.e. Form I-9, W-4, training records, employee files, etc.
- Maintains inventory of supplies needed for general office operations, recruitment, & PPE
- Experience in senior care, home care or healthcare industry (consultative sales a plus)
- Home Care: 3 year (Required)
- Staff Scheduling : 1 years (Required)
- Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a dependable vehicle with valid car insurance
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug test
- A passion for seniors and their care
- A desire to partner with owner to ensure operations, admin, and caregiver capacity to scale
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and business objectives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, listen effectively, and motivate teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite
- Able to work evenings or weekends as required

- On call after hours and weekends
