Client Relationship Manager

Kaeppel Consulting is in search of a Junior Client Relationship Manager for a client in Chicago for a direct hire placement. The Junior Client Relationship Manager position is an Entry-Level role and is intended to be a stepping-stone providing the opportunity for future advancement in account management and sales. The Client Relationship Manager position is responsible for supporting, renewing and upgrading clients for our client company's suite of Analytical & Research tools. The Client Relationship Manager will handle inbound support calls, outbound client calls, and client training calls with the objective to renew and upgrade accounts.

Compensation includes base salary plus bonus/commission and our client company offers health, vision and dental insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support, retain, and upgrade current clients through inbound support and outbound calling.
• Learn the suite of our client company's products and our competition to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Interact with clients via telephone and email
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate retention and upgrades.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good interpersonal and phone skills
• A strong positive and determined work ethic
• Good business acumen
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment
• Excellent communication, listening and strong writing skills
• Excel skills is a plus
• Sales & Account Management experience is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is helpful along with a curiosity of the financial markets
