YOUR LIFE AS A MAINTENANCE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As a Maintenance / Administrative Assistant, you help upkeep our residential properties by effectively scheduling technicians to handle service calls from our tenants. Customer service is your top priority as you communicate with tenants to schedule maintenance appointments and address any concerns they have. You strategically schedule technicians to maximize efficiency, answering any questions they may have about the job.
Diligently, you coordinate seasonal maintenance such as lawn mowing and snow removal. Additionally, you perform certain essential administrative tasks including scheduling fire inspections and completing the property rental process. You feel great about helping people feel comfortable and happy in their homes!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience with scheduling a small team of field technicians
- Basic knowledge about plumbing and electrical systems
- Proficiency with computers
