Job Description

SUMMARY:

Global LT is an internationally affiliated, people-driven Language and Cultural Training Services provider that allows for anyone to acquire a second language. Global LT is the industry champion of a people-first approach to language learning. This role is to help engage, coach, and encourage our customers to get started and stay involved with their language learning benefits while providing compassionate and empathetic customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and advise learners through their language learning goals, driving engagement and retention while maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Assist client point of contact by being the main point of coordination for language learning for learners and their families
  • Counsel learners on authorized language learning benefits provided by their employer
  • Enables quick entrance and lasting retention of learners within the language ecosystem via initial counseling call, coaching and follow up calls and emails
  • Gather and effectively communicate learner goals and needs to the Talent Success and Recruiting teams to ensure the best possible matches of teachers to learners
  • Maintain process, records, notes, and updates within the customer records management platform
  • Contribute internally to the Global LT team via sharing knowledge, best practices, successes, and ideas
  • Build rapport and relationships with learners to successfully create solutions for their language learning goals around the complexities that arise from learning a language during the mobility process

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Bilingual or multilingual would be an asset but not required
  • Relocation/Mobility industry experience would be an assess by not required

  • Customer service mindset with the ability to identify learner and client needs, handle concerns with professionalism and drive solutions for learner success
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and ownership in a full-time remote environment
  • Teamwork skills focused on connection, problem solving and innovation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Windows. Willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong organizations skills, methodical approach to entry and database information management
  • Excellent, clear, and professional written and verbal communication skills
