Job description
American Extrusion International is a global company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, installation and service of Grain Extrusion Equipment and other up/downstream accessories for the Food Industry.
Sales Support
Daily responsibilities include
- Work directly with sales staff to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
- Provide sales quotes to customers using quoting tool
- Respond to emails regarding quote inquiries
- Learn and understand products/equipment that company sells
- Follow up on order due dates with operations staff
- Process Visa invitations and applications
- Enter data into Production Management Software
- Provide quality customer service
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The successful candidate must:
- Have professional work ethic
- Be prompt and polite
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be proficient with computers
- Possess general understanding of ERP systems
- Have excellent attendance record
- Be multilingual
Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $16-$18 per hour
