Fischer Paper Products is a family-owned company with more than three generations of experience in manufacturing and supplying high-quality, food-safe paper products. We continually invest in technology, people, and process improvements to deliver sustainable and customized food packaging solutions to our diverse customer base. Due to continued growth, Fischer Paper Products is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will present Fischer’s products, services, and values to current and prospective customers to expand business relationships and grow sales. This will include managing current accounts, vetting of incoming sales leads, and prospecting the acquisition of new accounts.
Essential functions include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with house account customers and distribution partners
- Receive incoming calls from distribution and broker sales representatives, discuss potential solutions and coordinate next steps, such as quoting
- Consult with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Utilize Fischer’s CRM system to track opportunities, sales calls, quotes and other sales related tasks
- Occasional travel to trade shows and/or customer visits
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years previous experience in account management or inside sales
- Associates degree in marketing, sales, or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills
