We have an exciting opportunity for a professional salesperson to join our team! The HVAC Outside Sales / B2B Sales will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales.

Job Title: HVAC Outside Sales / B2B Sales

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: $37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Potential annual earnings up to $100K +

Primary Job Function: To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities thereby obtaining commercial service agreement sales that are competitive and profitable. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Pass background check and drug screen
• 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans
• Strong Sales aptitude
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients
• Strong Computer Skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Extremely organized & timely in tasks, calls & projects
• Time and activity management skills
• Ability to climb a ladder

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 + years B2B Sales
• 3+ years HVAC commercial experience
