Shifts Available: Monday through Friday - Rotating Weekends and Holidays! Full Time

Shift H: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Shift E: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30pm.

Shift R: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Shift O: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Customer Service Representative will:

• Ensure phones are answered quickly and customers questions are answered
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information
• Run customer payments in multiple systems
• Ensure that installations are scheduled and completed
• Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues
• Resolve escalated customer issues
• Work closely with the sales team and permit team

Successful Customer Service Representative will have:

• Problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Great communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Empathy
• Ability to work as a team
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Type 35+ WPM
