Hybrid Sales Admin
- Contractor
Job Duties:
- Provide Administrative support to the sales leadership team
- Expense Reports within Concur
- Travel arrangements, mostly domestic
- Meeting/event coordination for external and internal partners
- Scheduling meetings - onboarding
- Run reports, misc. projects, other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Between 2-5 years of strong Admin experience
- High attention to detail, able to work independently and within a team
- Organized with projects, multi-tasking and follow-up
- Expense reports experience
- Able to work in office and remote
- Proficient in all MS Office platforms: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
