CSR Call Center - Office position Full Time

The Customer Service Representative will:

• Ensure phones are answered quickly and customers questions are answered
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information
• Run customer payments in multiple systems
• Ensure that installations are scheduled and completed
• Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues
• Resolve escalated customer issues
• Work closely with the sales team and permit team

Successful Customer Service Representative will have:

• Ability to work as a team
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Type 35+ WPM

The successful Customer Service Representative will work with the team to handles multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, be detailed-oriented and very customer service oriented. Multiple shifts available: day 8:00 - 4:30pm, 9:00-5:30 and mid 9:30 a.m. - 6p.m., evening 11:00am - 7:30pm.
