Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
mPulse is looking for an Operations Specialist to support key operational functions and process improvement initiatives for the Client Services Department. Partnering with other key team members on the Client Operations team, this role will have three key areas of focus:
  1. Conduct data-driven operational analysis in support of process efficiency and best practices 
  2. Manage key day-to-day operational functions for the organization
  3. Support general departmental projects and initiatives
 The Operations Specialist will support and monitor key data points and processes across the organization to help identify and report on areas of opportunity for process improvement. They will use a data-driven approach to recommend and develop new processes and workflows to enhance account management operations. Additionally, they will manage key operational functions to support the department’s day-to-day work and success.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze operational data to locate areas for improvement and report operational insights to mPulse Directors and Managers 
  • Manage key operational functions to support the Client Services teams. These functions include (but are not limited to): shortcode management, quarterly NPS survey, Salesforce and Sharepoint maintenance, Program Management support
  • Identify patterns, deficiencies and/or areas of opportunity across the organization and our existing processes 
  • Recommend strategies and develop new procedures to support efficient project implementation and account management 
  • Collaborate with management to ensure accordance with operational best practices 
  • Identify and escalate operational risks appropriately 
  • Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques 
Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
  • 1+ years healthcare industry experience 
  • 3+ years experience as an operations analyst, supporting operational excellence and efficiency 
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship planning, management, and strategy 
  • Experience working with healthcare related technologies, data, and software(s) 
  • Prior experience in cross-functional roles and team collaboration 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and self-motivated 
  • Technical aptitude with ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others 
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, project management tools, JIRA, etc. 
  • Excellent communication skills and highly collaborative 
Minimum Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience to supplement for education 
  • 3+ years related experience 
  • Healthcare and/or Technology Experience 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and entire MS Office Suite
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com
  • Prior experience utilizing project management software

Requirements
3+ years related experience
Healthcare and/or Technology Experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and entire MS Office Suite, including knowledge in V Look Ups
Experience working with Salesforce
Experience working with project management software
