Job Description

TouchBistro is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Territory Sales team in Chicago! TouchBistro is an award-winning, all-in-one, iPad restaurant management software system built specifically for restaurant people, by restaurant people. We differentiate ourselves from our competition by being a one-stop-shop, not just a POS system.

Our software and integrated payments solutions help restaurateurs optimize their service, increase their sales and improve decision making. 

Our success in Canada has brought us to the US market with plans to more than double our business in 2022. We're looking for quick-thinking, vibrant and naturally curious sales individuals to join our rapidly expanding team.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Generate leads and build relationships within the food & beverage industry
  • Contact and qualify prospects through cold calls, emails, and in person meetings, with the goal of booking demos for the Account Executives
  • Prioritize and organize your lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
  • Leverage product features to potential clients to ensure they gain the most value from our offering
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive environment within the industry
  • Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce
  • Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times

All About You 

  • You have some experience in B2B sales; Experience in the restaurant industry (bonus!) 
  • You have the motivation for cold calling and developing new business relationships
  • You consistently attain and exceed monthly quotas in a metrics driven environment
  • You are passionate about sales, the restaurant industry, SaaS and technology
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
